At this point, you and your team have taken a close look at what necessary conditions need to be in place before a professional learning community can be implemented and sustained in a school. This section of the challenge cycle will help your school decide if it is ready to move forward to the next phase of PLC implementation. The rubric, checklist and planning guide below should be completed as a team and used to collectively decide if the conditions exist in your school that supports authentic and genuine PLC development.
